SPITALNIC, is the founding member of The Law Offices of Daniel F. Spitalnic, Esq. in Great Neck, New York. Mr. Spitalnic concentrates in landlord and tenant law, commercial litigation, real estate transactions, including closings and commercial and residential leasing. Mr. Spitalnic has lectured on evictions and other landlord-tenant issues. He is licensed real estate broker and is certified as a real estate instructor by the New York State Department of State, Bureau of Education Standards. He is a member of the Nassau County and the New York State Bar Associations. Mr. Spitalnic earned his B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. at New York Law School.
